The prices quoted are final prices including statutory VAT. Payment is made by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. Delivery times may vary.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

6. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. Liability exclusions and limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.

7. Data Protection

The customer's personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

8. Final Provisions

Amendments and additions to these GTC must be made in writing. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
